ForEDis® - E-Discovery Service

ForEDis® is a service provided by the affiliation of Wires Jolley LLP and OPSEC Risk Management Services Inc. to promote focused, proportional and timely recovery and use of probative digital evidence while protecting privilege, intellectual property and privacy.

E-evidence, digital data, is the fastest growing and largest source of data in most organizations. A single 2 Gigabyte USB drive can contain the equivalent of over nine (9) stories of printed data; organizations possess thousands of Gigabytes of data. Our capacity to create and retain data has now outpaced the human ability to fully understand and manage these large volumes. Many companies, and their legal support teams, are not prepared to deal with the challenges presented by need to retain, preserve, collect, analyze, process and disclose this type and quantity of evidence.

To help our clients meet the practices outlined in the Guidelines for Discovery of Electronic Documents in Ontario, We offer our unique ForEDis® E-Discovery services. ForEDis® utilizes a combination of proprietary E-Discovery methodologies, solid legal experience and the most current technology to provide you, our client, with a new, cost-effective and proportional, approach to the daunting task of managing your ESI requirements. Our unique listings of services support our clients; from the initial fact finding and strategy stages, through the detailed collection, analysis and presentation phases of E-Discovery.

Our proprietary methodologies for E-Discovery conform to the Sedona Principles and our service follows the basic E-Discovery model.
